BRP Announce Winner of Bracknell's Malaysian

Sue Reid from Priestwood, Bracknell
has been announced as the lucky
winner of Bracknell's Malaysian
Day prize draw. Mrs Reid receives
£150 worth of vouchers to
spend in Bracknell town centre,
courtesy of the Bracknell Regeneration
Partnership (BRP). The prize comprises
a selection of gift vouchers for
local retailers including Calico,
Monkey Trading, Naughty but Nice,
Party Capers and new delicatessen,
Sejwix.
The Malaysia Truly Asia festival
was held in Bracknell town centre
on Saturday 11 June 2005. The celebrations
featured a variety of multi-cultural
colour and activity, from cooking
demonstrations and food tasting,
ethnic dancing, eastern arts and
crafts and face painting to martial
arts demonstrations, children's
colouring competitions and a number
of raffle prize draws. The festival
was organized by Nia-Marie's restaurant
in conjunction with Bracknell Regeneration
Partnership, Bracknell Forest Borough
Council and Malaysian partner, iEverything
Ltd.
